Arzt-Direkt App

For communication with our practice we recommend the App Arzt-Direkt. With this app, you can book appointments online, access video consultations and also send or receive medical records or test results.

You can pair the app with our practice using the following QR code. Please note that for this initial procedure you need to register at our reception

Please note: For personnel reasons, enquiries via Arzt-Direkt can only be processed daily from 12:00 to 13:00. Later enquiries will only be considered on the next working day. For urgent matters, we therefore recommend contacting our staff by telephone during office hours Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 11:00 and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 17:00. In case of emergency, you can come to our emergency times every day without appointment. Thank you for your understanding!

New patients

For patients of our practice we offer the emergency consultation times without appointment, the online calendar and the Arzt-Direkt App.

New patients are welcome to send us an admission enquiry at patientenanfragen@kinderarzt-frohnau.de. Please understand that our practice's admission capacity is currently limited, so we have to prioritise newborns and families who have recently moved to Frohnau.

In case of an emergency, no appointment is necessary! All other appointments can be conveniently booked via our online calendar as well as in the Arzt-Direkt app.

If you have an urgent matter, we are available by telephone during office hours Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 11:00 and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 17:00.
